Document Description
The proposed project would widen and realign Heacock Street in Moreno Valley between San Michele Road and the Perris Valley Storm Drainage Lateral “B” (channel) to a total width of 76 feet. The project proposes to extend Heacock Street’s Arterial classification south from San Michele to the Ccity limits. The project site is a total of 15 acres. Under the proposed project, 11.91 acres of the total 15-acre project site would be disturbed under the proposed project, this would include permanent new roadway and infrastructure improvements. The remaining 2.89 acres of the existing roadway would be temporarily disturbed. Heacock Street improvements would terminate in a cul-de-sac adjacent to and north of the channel. Storm drain improvements are also proposed in the project impact area and are included in the 11.91 acres of disturbance.
