Reasons for Exemption
Project meets Class 32 infill requirements and the project site was previously evaluated under the Beaumont Village commercial center entitlement. An Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) was prepared in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the Beaumont Village project, which analyzed file full range of environmental topics associated with development of the commercial center, including the subject pad. The IS/MND concluded that all potentially significant environmental impacts could be mitigated to a less-than-significant level through implementation of the adopted mitigation measures and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program.
