Document Description
The proposed project would involve the construction and operation of a 5,000 square feet fabrication facility on the northern portion of a 1.8 gross acre site. The project would develop 40% of the site, with development occurring in the northern portion of the site, north of the onsite drainage course. The remaining 60% of the site would remain undeveloped. The proposed facility would include 4,558 square feet of fabrication space and 442 square feet of office space. The site would include an outdoor storage yard to the east of the facility. Access to the site would be provided by a driveway to the south side of E Avenue. A total of 11 parking spaces would be provided, including one ADA stall. The site would provide 11,364 square feet of landscaping. (SPR25-00004)
