Document Description
Caltrans is proposing a Highway Maintenance project along State Route (SR) 33 from Pine Mountain Summit to Oak Creek in Ventura County between post miles (PM) 42.7 and 52.1. The proposed scope of work involves applying 0.15-inch rubberized hot-mix asphalt (RHMA) gap-graded overlay, installing “Bikes Allowed Use of Full Lane” (R9-20) and “3 Ft Min Clearance to Pass” (R4-19) signs along the route, installing green conflict zone striping at driveways and intersections, performing digout repairs and crack sealing, and installing shoulder backing. This project will rehabilitate the pavement to bring the highway and its facilities to current safety standards. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired.
