Reasons for Exemption
The proposed project would not cause any significant impacts to the environment. Section 15301 applies to this project because it involves use of existing warehouse space that was formerly used as storage space. In accordance with Section 15300.2 the proposed project would not result in a significant cumulative impact, significant effect on the environment, or impact scenic highways, hazardous waste sites, or historical resources, because impacts from operations would be minimal. The proposed project would not have significant impacts on traffic, noise, air quality, or water quality. nor would it have significant impacts on any other resource area. Accordingly, the proposed project is exempt from the requirements of CEQA.
