Document Description
The County of Riverside Transportation Department is proposing to construct 420 feet of Cissna Pl from Borchard Rd to the end of Cissna Pl. Cissna Pl is classified as a Local Road and is currently a dirt road approximately 26 feet in width. The proposed project will include grading and moisture conditioning the roadway width and paving with Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) concrete. The proposed project will also include: • Asphalt Concrete Pavement • Pavement Delineation, pavement markings, and reflectors • Removal and installation of signs • Vegetation (Trees and Bushes) Trimming and/or Stump Removal The proposed project improvements will be within the existing County Right-of-Way. Therefore, temporary construction easements will not be required for the proposed improvements.
