A four parcel lot line adjustment of Parcel A (APN 014-010-084) from 15.72 acres to 94.66 acres; Parcel B (APN 014-010-083) from 89 acres to 93.31 acres; Parcel C (APN 014-070-017) from 151.59 acres to 116.23 acres; Parcel D (APN 014-070-016) from 153.33 acres to 105.44 acres. Parcels A, B, and C are in the Mountain Home Zone. Parcel D is split-zoned Mountain Home and Agriculture Exclusive. All parcels are within the Scenic Highway Overlay. A portion of Parcel D is within the Open Watershed Overlay. All parcels are located within the Midpines Community Plan boundary. Existing Parcel B is developed with residential uses and barns. The purpose of the lot line adjustment is to optimize parcel configurations in relation to Highway 140. Parcels would no longer straddle Highway 140 as a result of the adjustment.
