Document Description
Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for Southern California Edison to remove and replace deteriorated utility pole #137827E within Caltrans right-of-way (ROW) along State Route (SR) 164 at post mile (PM) 6.11, as well as perform traffic control activities in the City of Rosemead, Los Angeles County. The proposed work will include replacing any related deteriorated down-guy wire, anchor, and queen post. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 85 inches, a minimum depth of 78 inches, and an average width and length of 4 feet by 4 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new ROW will be acquired.
