Document Description
The purpose of the proposed project is to construct the Golden Valley Parkway roadway crossing of Stewart Canal, a water of the United States. Construction of this road crossing spanning the Stewart Canal will connect future road segments of Golden Valley Parkway that will be constructed on the east and west sides of Stewart Canal. The overall goal of the proposed project is to connect existing neighborhoods and schools with future planned development areas, as part of the larger River Islands development.
