The right of way is therefore excess right of way of a street or highway not required for such purpose by the County and the County of San Luis Obispo Department of Public Works (Public Works) has recommended abandonment by Summary Vacation. During review of the project, no exceptions as described in section 15300.2 of the CEOA Guidelines, were determined to be applicable to the project.
