Document Description
Work will consist of replacing obsolete signal heads, wiring, cabinets, controllers, and other associated cabinet components. The project aims to enhance the operational efficiency and reliability of the existing traffic management system. All replacements will utilize current industry-standard equipment. All work will be confined to the existing State right-of-way, with no soil or vegetation disturbance anticipated beyond the existing pavement/disturbed areas. The purpose of this project is to overhaul aging resources by replacing assets which are at the end of their lifecycle, using obsolete technology, or are in poor condition.
