The applicant, Crown Castle Fiber LLC, proposes to install conduits, fiber optic cable and vaults along State Route 39 (SR-39) in the City of Buena Park, in Orange County. Work activities include boring and placing approximately 2,199 linear bore feet of conduit, with an additional 17 linear feet via trenching, by using horizontal directional drilling (HDD) and trench-in-pavement methods underneath the paved highway. No staging areas, or construction easements have been identified. The total Disturbed Soil Area is unknown. The work proposed by the applicant will occur within Caltrans Right of way. No new right of way is required
