Document Description
The City of Chico, in conjunction with the California Department of Transportation,
proposes to develop a video campaign highlighting the safe operation of micromobility devices, helmet use, road-sharing, and applicable regulations. Age-targeted educational videos will be developed and distributed citywide to students, parents, and local adults. The engagement will include strategic campaigning, video production, cutaway segments, and social media and web-based short form edits. This is a non-infrastructure project.

The proposed video safety campaign has no possibility of resulting in a significant effect on the environment as it will not produce any adverse physical change in the environment.
