Document Description
The proposed project involves the remodel and reconfiguration of the existing Attorney Bonds and Public Visiting areas (Project) at the County of Orange Central Men’s Jail located at 550 North Flower Street in the City of Santa Ana. The proposed Project scope of work includes American with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant visiting booths, ADA compliant sliding detention doors and new ADA compliant counters in the Project areas. In addition, the proposed Project would include a new packaged rooftop heat pump unit to replace the existing aging HVAC system serving these areas. Project construction is anticipated to be completed by December 2026.
