Reasons for Exemption
The subject sewerline segment was damaged and infiltrated by a subsurface plume of gasoline as a result of a gasoline leak from the nearby Sinclair Gas Station in September of 2024. Completion of the Project will allow the re-opening of Monmouth Way and the discontinuation of the temporary bypass pumping once the project is complete.
