Document Description
Caltrans approves of the encroachment permit for Charter Communications to place new conduit within Caltrans right-of-way (ROW) along State Route (SR) 126 at post mile (PM) 20.49, as well as perform traffic control activities, in the City of Fillmore, Ventura County. The proposed work will involve installing a tie-in to an existing Charter handhole by boring one (1) foot to place the new conduit. Excavation will have a depth of 3.5 to 4 feet, and an average width and length of 1 inch by 1 foot. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new ROW will be acquired.
