The Town of Paradise proposes to repair failed pavement sections along an approximately 2500 LF portion of Skyway between Bille Road and Wagstaff Road in the Town of Paradise, Butte County, California. The project will consist of traffic control, cold planning of failed pavement, replacing with hot mix asphalt (HMA) and restoring pavement striping to improve roadway safety and ride quality.
