Document Description
Western Municipal Water District is proposing to install treatment facilities for the removal of Per- and Poly-fluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) at the existing Arlington Desalter Plant. Four granular activated carbon (GAC) vessels and associated piping would be removed, to be replaced by two ion exchange (IX) vessels and associated piping in the same location. Some existing concrete pads and pavement would be replaced. The project area is fully developed. Treated water from this facility is provided to the Cities of Norco and Corona for service to their customers.
