Document Description
The Department of Cannabis Control, pursuant to authority granted under Business and Procession Code, Section 26012, approved a large indoor commercial cannabis license submitted on 7/2/2025, by 420-2 LLC. The Project will consist of a large indoor cannabis cultivation facility which would replace their existing medium indoor license. The large indoor license would grow up to 28,884 SF of mature canopy and 9,676 SF of immature canopy within an existing 90,000 SF facility on a 4.25 acre lot. The parcel is zoned for light industrial uses.

None of the exceptions to this exemption defined in Section 15300.2 apply.
