Document Description
The purpose of the project is to improve the existing roadway within the project area by implementing complete streets elements and multimodal infrastructure improvements such as pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure, signalized pedestrian crossings and traffic calming measures, in order to connect a proposed affordable housing development with nearby transit, public amenities, pedestrian, and bicyclist infrastructure. The beneficiaries of the project include the users of the roadway within the adjacent community.
