Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MEN-57492-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Brian Harte.
The Project is limited to two (2) encroachments. Encroachment 1 is to replace an existing double-barrel culvert with an appropriately-designed and installed stream crossing. Work for this encroachment will include: 1) submission of a Basis of Design and Construction Plans to CDFW for review and acceptance within two years of the effective date of the Agreement, and 2) installation of the accepted stream crossing, as designed.
Encroachment 2 is to remove debris, restore and revegetate the stream channel long
approximately 90 linear feet of Boyes Creek. Work will be implemented as described in the “Streamside Management Area Restoration/Revegetation Plan” submitted with the notification, and in accordance with additional information required in Measure 2.26 of the Agreement.

Stream restoration will involve minor alteration to water, land, and vegetation on private property that does not involve the removal of mature trees.
