The project includes construction of three (3) new roundabouts located at Williams Road and East Alisal St, Williams Road and East Market Street, and Williams Road and Freedom Parkway, a traffic signal, raised concrete mediums, curb extension, new landscaping, marked and high visibility crosswalks and crossings, a combination of marked bicycle land and cycle track, buffered bicycle lanes and improving roadway lighting. Approximately 1.6 miles in length from Williams Road at East Alisal Street/John Street to Williams Road at Freedom Parkway.
