The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board is funding the Project referred to internally as California Pines Community Services District Wastewater Improvements. The Project includes a geotechnical investigation of the Donovan Reservoir dam, topographical mapping and surveying, an inflow and infiltration study, assessment of aged lift stations, evaluation of collection system rehabilitation, and preparation of a Wastewater Facilities Plan to identify and prioritize improvements necessary to restore hydraulic capacity, reduce infiltration, protect structural integrity, and achieve long-term regulatory compliance.
