Adoption of Resolution No. 26-22, establishing conditions for Andersen’s Restaurant at 376 Avenue of Flags under the City’s Historical Landmarks Ordinance to preserve significant components and artifacts on the site, and subsequently remove the historical landmark designation to allow for the demolition of portions of the site which are hazardous and constitute a public nuisance, and to protect and preserve the portion identified as eligible for listing as a State historic resource.
