Document Description
The purpose of this project is to issue a right-of-entry (ROE) permit to Cal-Fire to access Mt. Sizer at Henry W. Coe State Park to place a portable repeater and antenna at the site to test radio coverage to address VHF radio coverage gaps in the southern portion of the Santa Clara Unit.
All work conducted in association with the ROE permit will comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code.
