The proposed Project will rehabilitate the expressway by performing partial depth recycling, HMA overlay, pavement repairs, installation of new traffic stripes, markings/markers, new signs, ADA improvements, installations of new sidewalks, curb & gutters, removal and replacement of existing metal beam guardrails, installations of new bioretention basin, improvement of signal facilities at Bowers and Scott intersections traffic loop replacements and other details of work not mentioned above that are required by the project plans or the special provisions. Beneficiaries of the Project are the travelling public.
