Document Description
San Joaquin Field Division plans to repair the culvert connecting Badger Hill Pumping Plant pond 1 and 2. They also plan to fill and compact the erosion created from the leaky culvert. A backhoe will be used to excavate, fill, and compact dirt. A compaction wheel may be used to aid in compaction. A dump truck will be used to bring in fill material. A water truck may be used to aid in compaction and control dust. All work will take place by the road. All staging will take place on existing dirt roads. All work will take place within the DWR right-of-way. This work is necessary to maintain the ponds and pond access roads.
