This project includes the replacement and relocation of the potable and recycled water mainlines and installation of a new reverse osmosis concentrate (ROC) line in the intersection of Lindero Canyon Road and Agoura Road. The replacement is intended to replace existing aging infrastructure and increase the reliability of the water system and would have the same purpose and capacity as the facilities replaced. As such, the project involves the replacement of existing utility facilities involving negligible expansion of capacity.
