Document Description
The project proposes installing 6 flashing beacons and other pedestrian safety
enhancements along SR 12 from Arroyo Road to Encinas Lane. Crosswalks and curb
ramps, constructed to ADA standards, will be added. Other pedestrian safety
enhancements at Encinas Lane and Sierra Drive include signage and pavement
marking.
