The project will replace three manufactured homes and associated garages with similarly sized homes and garages. Existing homes each have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The new manufactured homes will have the same number of beds/baths, and will be sized between 1,650 SF – 1,800 SF, similar to the largest of the three existing homes. Existing garages will be replaced with pre-engineered metal building garages sized for two cars.
