The proposed project consists of the subdivision of approximately 16 acres for the development of an 87-lot single-family residential subdivision, including associated public streets, utilities, storm drainage improvements, landscaping, sidewalks, and related infrastructure improvements. The project includes roadway connections to the surrounding circulation network and is intended to support planned residential growth within the City of Sanger consistent with the City’s General Plan land use designations and development standards. It should be noted that the project site is not included on any lists of hazardous materials sites compiled pursuant to Section 65962.5 of the California Government Code, including, but not limited to, lists of hazardous waste facilities, hazardous waste disposal sites, or hazardous materials release sites.
