The Brian & Jennifer Johnson Family Trust have requested to amend Section 3 of Ordinance 378-2073 to extend the timeframe within which payment of the Shasta County Clerk’s document handling fee for posting a Notice of Exemption (NOE) and the appropriate fees pursuant to Fish and Wildlife Code Section 711.4 (AB3158) may be paid in order that the previously-adopted ordinance can be made operative upon payment of the subject fees and recording of Property Line Adjustment 23-0003 which was also approved when Ordinance 378-2073 was adopted.
