The project involves funding to support a portion of the Regional Task Force on Homelessness (RTFH) Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) to support rental property leases and staff expenses to provide training, technical support, and expanded HMIS capacity for shelters and service providers in San Diego County. Section 15061 (b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines provides a general exemption from CEQA review for a project where it can be seen with certainty there is no possibility that the project will have a significant effect on the environment. The proposed action involves funds to support the Regional Task Force on Homelessness (RTFH) Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) rental property leases and staff costs associated with training and support services. Therefore, the proposed action would not have any impacts on the environment and is exempt from CEQA review pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3).
