Reasons for Exemption
he project involves improvements to public facilities. The project involves no increase in capacity. The project area has been previously disturbed and includes existing roadway surfaces in need of treatment/rehabilitation. There are no unusual circumstances leading to a reasonable possibility that significant environmental impacts will result from the project. Therefore, the City finds that the project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) in accordance with CEQA Section 15301 (c).
