Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number LAK-66778-R2, pursuant to
Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Jeff Renfro.
The project is limited to the removal of two concrete pads on either side of Anderson Creek,
and establishment of erosion control measures. The concrete will be disposed of at an
appropriate location, such as a local landfill or transfer station. No in-water work will be
required for the above-mentioned activities. A variety of hand tools such as a sledgehammer,
tarp, shop vacuum, and wheelbarrow will be used to complete the project.
