Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Lake Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLA-65204-R2, pursuant to Section
1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Lee Arioto.
The project is limited to the construction of a new residential pier. The pier will extend
approximately 114.6 feet, plus an additional 4.33 feet for a 6-inch-thick concrete landing with
steel steps. The pier causeway is 8 feet-wide widening to 15 feet-wide, along with two (2)
adjustable catwalks 3 feet-wide by 30 feet-long at the lakeward end of the pierhead. The
pierhead is 15 feet-wide by 45 feet-long. Eighteen (18) 10-3/4” diameter steel hollow tube
piling will be driven into the lakebed, including two (2) piling for the public access stairs
spanning the pier. The project includes 18 square feet of fish habitat enhancement, consisting
of two (2) 9 square foot clean gravel and cobble pyramids constructed on the north and south
sides of the pier.
