Conditional Use Permit (PEN25-0183) to allow a charter school (Audeo Valley Resource Center) within an existing tenant space, Suite E, located at the Stoneridge Town Centre shopping center (“Proposed Project”). The proposed charter school resource center will serve students grades 6-12 through a non-classroom based independent study program. The Proposed Project operating hours are form 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. At any given time, the Proposed Project will have a capacity of no more than twenty-five (25) students and six (6) staff.
