Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MEN-63920-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Tamara Kislak. The Project is limited to two (2) encroachments (Table 1). One encroachment is for water diversion from a 40-foot deep well that is approximately 20 feet from Young Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use and cannabis irrigation associated with Small Irrigation Use Registration H500244. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. The other proposed encroachment is to maintain an existing seasonal-use low water crossing on a Class I unnamed tributary to Feliz Creek. Work for this encroachment will include installation of additional rock base on the road approaches to the crossing in accordance with Attachment J – Stream Crossing Recommendations prepared by Munselle Civil Engineering and submitted with the Notification. This crossing shall only be used when no surface water is present.
