The proposed project is to add a second connection for Residential use and set System Limits for a pre-existing Water Distribution System (Well) located in the Carmel Valley Alluvial Aquifer (CVAA) that has historically provided Potable and irrigation water to a Single-Family Dwelling. The Applicant is requesting the District increase the Expansion Capacity Limit (number of Connections) to two Residential Connections. The Production Limit will be set at 5.775 Acre-Feet Annually (AFA).
