Document Description
The proposed project includes demolition of all existing structures on the property owned by San Joaquin River Conservancy including the two (2) existing residential structures, a shed structure, a pool, a well, and septic tanks. The vacant structures are creating a safety hazard. The project scope includes standard safety measures during demolition activities to address the presence of lead paint and asbestos in the flooring. Proper disposal methods will be implemented for lead and asbestos contaminated debris. Appropriate permits will be obtained for the demolition/abandonment of the well and septic tanks.
