Document Description
The ministerial application proposes the addition of a new, approximately 50,000 square foot, skatepark to an existing city park at the SW corner of the Camino Del Sol and Rose Avenue intersection. The proposed skatepark addition would consist of one contiguous hardscape area with ramps, pools, and railed staircases among other skatepark features, new landscaping mostly around the perimeter of the hardscape area, but not exclusively, and limited sidewalk changes, where some existing sidewalk will be removed and some new sidewalk will be added to create additional connections to the skate park
