Transfers of Ownership of Interest in Land to Preserve Existing Natural Conditions and Historical Resources: Exempts transfers of ownership of interests in land to preserve open space and habitat, including acquisition, sale, or other transfer to allow preservation and restoration of natural conditions. The project is consistent with this Section because the project includes acquisition of coastal draining watershed lands to allow preservation and restoration of the wildlife habitat and open space.
