Document Description
Caltrans approves of the encroachment permit for Frontier California Inc to access one existing pole within Caltrans right-of-way to bore and place 7,466 linear feet of 1-4 inch PVC conduit and 283 linear feet of 1-1.25 inch HDPE conduit. The project will also placing four 2-3 foot hand holes and excavating, removing, and replacing 25 feet of asphalt within Caltrans right-of-way. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 72 inches, an average width of 5 inches, and a maximum length of 7,749 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
