Contra Costa County (County) will purchase 3.18 acres of land consisting of three, contiguous, privately-owned parcels located at: 1400 Willow Pass Road (APN: 126-380-001), 1410 Danzig Plaza (APN 126-380-007), and 1420 Danzig Plaza (APN: 126-380-008) in Concord, CA. The County is purchasing the property for future development and use by the Contra Costa County Health Services Department. This action is only for the real estate transaction for acquisition of properties. No development or potential use of the property has been identified at this time. The County will be responsible for CEQA analysis for future site improvements and uses as well as obtaining any applicable local, State, or federal regulatory permits.
