The Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District (District)

existing gas line from the adjacent property to the right-of-way along Davilla Road owned by the District.
The easement is approximately 10 feet wide by 642 feet long along Davilla Road where the new gas line
will be relocated to. The adjacent property is being developed for the CenterPoint Properties Warehouse
Project, which was approved by the Contra Costa County Planning Commission on May 25, 2022. The
relocation of the gas line is needed to continue service to Verde Elementary School and adjacent easterly
properties once the CenterPoint project is completed. This CEQA document covers real estate
