This project was analyzed using parameters listed in CEQA Section 15183. A
Compliance Memorandum was drafted and determined that the proposed rehabilitation hospital is consistent with the development pattern and land use anticipated for the site by the City’s General Plan Update Environmental Impact Report (EIR). The memorandum also determined that the proposed rehabilitation hospital will not generate impacts at a greater degree than those assumed in the General Plan Update EIR. The conditions of approval for the project also incorporate all applicable mitigation measures from the General Plan Update EIR.
