The applicant is proposing to establish the construction of three (3) canopies over each electric vehicle charging module approved under Site Plan Review No. 25-04. There will be a total of four (4) canopies on the project site. One (1) of the canopies was approved under (SPR No. 25-04) which allowed up to a 2,914 sq. ft. canopy. The first canopy will be 25’-6” x 58’-4” (1,487.5 sq. ft.), the second will be 25’-6” x 65’8” (1,674.5 sq. ft.), and the third canopy will be 25’-6” x 105’-7” (2,692.4 sq. ft.).
