The applicant is requesting approval of an Administrative Review Permit and Design Review Agreement to allow for the operation of a temporary mobile California Redemption Value (CRV) beverage container redemption service unit using a box truck and pop-up tent. The Zoning Administrator will be required to make a finding to this effect.
