Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number NEV-64065-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Teichert Construction, as represented by Kate Wheatley. The project is limited to the on-site restoration of the disturbed stream habitat at the Culvert 47 inlet and outlet locations. On-site restoration will include revegetation of the disturbed habitat with native, riparian planting and seeding. Erosion control best management practices will be implemented throughout the restoration to ensure the areas are stabilized.
