Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-SBA-61813-R5 pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Sable Offshore Corp., as represented by B. Lance Yearwood (Sable). The project is limited to restoration and revegetation activities to remediate the impacts resulting from Sable’s pre-notification work related to the repair of Pipeline anomalies that occurred within an approximately 0.23-acre area across nine streams. The disturbance area from the repair work will be actively or passively restored and revegetated to support in-kind and/or native plant communities that existed at each site prior to Sable’s pipeline work.

The project consists of the restoration and revegetation of an approximately 0.23-acre area across nine streams. The project is exempt because it involves minor alterations to land and vegetation to restore and revegetate the disturbance area with in-kind and/or native plant communities that existed at each work site prior to Sable’s pre-notification work described above.
